How Do I Feel At This Moment
Are You Happy :
At this moment when you’re reading this post, how do you feel? Do you feel Happy? Do you feel complete joy and peace in your heart right now or are you satisfied with what you are doing in your daily chores? Answer yourself what do you love about yourself?
Happiness is never about your job, or your degree, or your status, or for all the material things you possess, or you being in a relationship. It is never about following in the footsteps of all those who came before you. It’s never about being liked by others or following their path. It is about how soon you come out of your comfort zone. You’re going to realize it one day. So, imagine what do you feel at this moment. Happiness was never about the hope, the discovery, the listening of your heart and following whatever your heart chose to say. It is simply about being kind to yourself, it’s about pampering self with the inner beauty and embracing the person you were becoming every day.
You ever thought what would make you happy right now at this particular moment? Happiness is always about learning how to live with yourself. About being grateful for things you already have. It is all about you. Its all in your hand.
Are You Sad:
At times we ignore our own feelings and smile and try and be happy in front of others. But is it a right practice? No- fix yourself first. Don’t try to heal others, when your own hands are shaking and in pain. Give yourself the utmost priority when your sad and spend time with yourself before you bleed out completely and rethink how do you feel at this moment. Cry yourself out, shout but be with yourself. It is good to be sad at times to realize you deserve the best, better than everything and anything. Accept your sadness, it will accept you back and will help you love yourself.
Are You Just Feeling Okay:
To change your life, you have to change yourself. And to change yourself you have to change your mindset. Just moving on in life and accepting whatever comes on our way is a life waste. The person who does so have no goals or aim in their life. They are not worried about victories and successes. At This Moment are you just feeling okay? There are times when we do not feel like anything but that is the only one opportunity given to you by your life to stand and walk again. We often complain that with the situation our mood changes. And we complain of mood swings. But actually, it is we, it is us who think this way. Our mood swings are not because of the situation but because of our thoughts that we see it the other way. Keep your spirits high and whenever you are just okay, try and go for a walk in nature and feel that fresh air in your face, the happiness lost will return back and you will become joyful.

Believe in yourself. You can achieve anything impossible if you are focused and ready to tackle every fear it comes your way. When you are too destined towards your achievement, every problem or obstacle falling your way will turn into a new opportunity for you, and make your path more clear and transparent removing all the thrones from the flower.
Don’t think what people say for you or think for you. Don’t turn back for those people who leave your hand on your worst time. And once you reach this level of freedom from your mind, trust me no one can stop you from becoming what you dream for yourself.
You will make the impossible become possible. Remember you are capable of more than you know, only when you know what do you feel at this moment. It is only you who can change your life. No one else will do it for you. Once you have decided with your dream, Stop Overthinking about it, again and again. This way you will only create more problems that will shake your energy and get back your mood to zero.
Be Brave : Say how you feel, Leave the job you hate, find your passion, love yourself with every ounce of your flesh, stand up for the things that matter, don’t settle before you are ready, don’t apologize for who you are, don’t shaken your confidence with the comments of people.
