HAPPINESS COMES FROM SOLVING PROBLEMS
Problems are constant in life. They work hand in hand with goodness and luck in everyone’s life to inspire them. None among us can run away from a problem or a failure. As we all know a coin has two sides, when we flip it in the sky, we are unaware which will come on our part, the same way when we move on in life we don’t know what is waiting for us. More often Happiness Comes from Solving Problems and positive gratitude towards life. Is it good or bad which we are going to face because nothing is pre-determined? With one solution one problem arises. Problems are yet to come more when we run beyond the problem. Rather we should accept them with strength and courage.
Just like when you solve your health issues by joining a fitness club or gym, you create a new problem for yourself. Like having to get up early to go to the gym on time, keeping control on your food, avoiding parties, sweating on for thirty mins on stretch and then hurrying back home taking shower. Getting ready for your office so that you don’t end up stinking the whole office.
Your life starts running. When you solve your problem of not spending much time with your partner by dedicating one full day in a week to her, you generate a new problem, like figuring out where to go every Wednesday, do you have enough money for nice dinner. Problems never get stopped, they get change with situations or upgrade and inspire you on its own. You are never left alone, problems walk with you hand in hand.
Happiness comes from solving problems. The keyword here is “solving”. If you avoid them or think you don’t have any problem in your life, then your going to make yourself miserable. And if you feel like you have a problem which you cannot solve, then likewise you are making your life miserable. The secret here is accepting that there is a problem and then solving the problem. Not in ignoring the problem in the first place.
Happiness is something which you cannot buy and none among us can serve you on a plate. It is not something which you discover by magic or To be happy we need to solve something i.e. PROBLEM. Some action is necessary to be happy. Happiness does not eventually occur when you make enough money to add on that extra room in your house or buy yourself a Ferrari. Happiness is not stuck in a place, a job, or even a book. No teacher can bestow happiness upon you but rather show you the path to finding happiness where we know that Happiness Comes from Solving Problems not by running away from it.
Whatever the problem is, the answer is the same. Accept the problem and solve them. Being happy is a simple process. Sometimes your happiness is hidden in small problems. Eating good food, traveling to a new place, playing video games, talking to your siblings. People blame others for their problems for the only reason that it is easy and it feels good. Forms of denial and running from a problem give you a quick high.
They are the temporary escape from our problems which creates happiness just for some particular time not for the long run. And in other words, you get addicted to blaming others for any simple reason happening in your life. Slowly it turns you out to become dependent on others for each of your things. But the longer we avoid and the longer we stay quiet about, the more painful it will be when we finally do confront our issues.
For many people, life doesn’t feel that simple. That’s simply because they sum up their things in two ways:
DENIAL: Some people deny that their problems exist in the first place. And because they deny reality, it gets more difficult for them and they than distract themselves from the reality. This makes them feel good and gives them short-term happiness, but in the long run, leads them to a life full of insecurity.
VICTIM MENTALITY: Some choose to believe that there is nothing they can do to solve their problems, even with a fact that they could. They blame others for their problems and seek outside situations and circumstances. This kind of people leads a life of anger, despair, and helplessness.
“Happiness is a constant work-in-progress because solving problems is a constant
