This constant moving of thoughts in mind hides the happiness that is within you. Meditate or exercise to relax your mind, because when your mind gets relaxed you see the joy and happiness that is within you or inside you.
Universe manifests what you think, every thought of you shapes a person who you really are. When you are relaxed and calm, and when you meditate, your mind stops at a moment and that is when you feel the treasure of happiness and gratitude which is inside you. We all know, this moment will not stay in this peaceful state for long, it will soon become active and the sense and treasure of happiness and joy will disappear.
