It is one of the impulsive behavior of a girl or women. Splitting ends is also an unhealthy practice. 3. Snacking Late At Night
Snacking late at night is both an unhealthy practice and a hard to break behavior pattern. The studies show that late-night eating is one of the major reason for weight gain and sleep deprivation. In the evening the hunger for sweets and salty food increases. We often snack late at night while we watch our late night movie shows. It is difficult to break this habit, but during commercials, we can divert ourselves to some small completion of a task. Like folding clothes, ironing, going to the washroom or say putting an alarm for the next day. The best thing to do is preparing your journal for the next day. Follow the habit of self-discipline.
4. Skipping Breakfast
Skipping breakfast is a bad practice. As we all have heard from our ancestors, breakfast should be done like a king, in a royal manner. Having your breakfast heavy keeps your day to a proper track, as even you miss your other meals, your body has the energy to cope up with it. Breakfast is the main meal of the day. Set your alarm a few minutes prior so that you get enough time to have your breakfast in a proper manner.

At some point, we all have become shy or we feel a little awkward to have an eye contact with any second person we are talking to. While having a conversation, having proper eye contact is a good sign of confidence but still, we tend to look here and there while we talk. It may seem insignificant, but by simply being conscious of your body language and making an effort to look in the eye of the person you are talking to, is the best way to break this habit.

Using words like “Ummm”, “uhh” and “like” often while speaking is a habit that has become part of all our talks these days. According to study people who use these words find it difficult to express themselves. The speaker of these words seems to have lost words to say. Instead of using these words, pay careful attention to your sentences, take a thought and then recollect the words to say.
